Report an Issue

The City of Monroe is excited to provide residents with an improved citizen reporting system: MyMonroe. 

MyMonroe is a real time mobile civic engagement platform, providing a simple and intuitive platform to empower residents to identify civic issues  and report them to City staff for prompt resolution.  Public safety, quality of life, and environmental issues can all be submitted quickly and easily.  

Report A Non-Emergency Issue - Please note: if you are reporting a crime, in-progress suspicious incident, or an in-progress general nuisance complaint, please call Monroe County Central Dispatch at (734) 241-3300. If your request is for an emergency response, please dial 911.

Below is a view of all of the service requests throughout the City of Monroe that were submitted using the MyMonroe Service Request System. On the right, click on the Map icon to display all request on the map. Using a mouse to hover over any of the pins on the map for detailed information about each request. Selecting detailed information will take you to a page where you will have the option to follow the request. On the map view, gray pins indicate requests that have been closed.

Click on Create on the tab next to View to report an issue through the website.
