The City of Monroe has launched a new real-time mobile civic app which allows citizens to identify and report non-emergency civic issues.
“MyMonroe On The Go,” available as a free download in both IOS and Android, allows users to capture photo, video, or audio of a problem they would like to report.
In just a few clicks, you can report an issue from anywhere, at any time of day. Simply open a report regarding your issue, take a photo, and submit.
MyMonroe delivers the physical address of the issue via GPS coordinates, date/time stamp, and the report type (graffiti, trash, pothole, etc.) to an internal console that utilizes custom workflows to assign, manage, and resolve submitted issues. This console will allow City staff to address the issue as quickly as possible - AND you will be able to track the report through it its completion.
