Lead-Based Paint Testing

Residents who meet income eligibility requirements (noted above) and have a child or children under the age of six (6) years old living in the home who have shown to have elevated levels of lead in their blood may apply for the program. The City of Monroe will work with the Monroe County Health Department (MCHD) to have a lead-based paint risk assessment completed for the applicant’s home.
