Administrative Site Plan Review Committee

The Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) Committee meets on an as needed basis in an effort to expedite the review of applications and processes that do not require review by the full Citizens Planning Commission per the City of Monroe Zoning Code. When the Planning Department receives an application for a project that can be reviewed administratively, a meeting is scheduled as quickly as possible.
The ASPR Committee currently consists of four City of Monroe Department Heads and a member of the Citizens Planning Commission.
