Child safety is priority – especially for parents and grandparents. Protecting children and finding better ways to keep your kids and grandkids safe can be challenging. If your child is reported missing, you can immediately have all the important information about your child ready to help authorities find them.

The Police Department has initiated a child protection program in which we provide identification kits to parents in order to help facilitate the location of lost or missing children. Parents complete the information and keep on file at their home in case of a missing child or other child emergency. Record your child’s vital statistics and important medical information in one convenient, safe place – blood type, eye color, height and weight, fingerprints, even their DNA.
