November 4th General Election


City of Monroe voting locations will be open for in-person voting for the City General Election, Tuesday, November 4th.  Polling places are open from 7 AM until 8 PM.  

Please note:  Precinct 3S has moved from the Navarre Library to Fire Station #1 at 911 E. Third Street due to the ALCC Expansion Project construction.

The Clerk’s Office reminds residents that absentee ballots may be returned in-person or via the City Hall Drop Box located in the parking lot adjacent to the building by 8PM Election Day.


November 4: General City Election

  • October 31 - Last day Clerk’s Office may mail AV ballots.  Clerk's Office open until 5:00 PM
  • November 3 -  by 4PM registered voters may apply for AV ballot in person at Clerk's Office or a replacement ballot for ballots lost, spoiled or lost in mail.
  • November 4 - Election Day in person voting precincts open 7AM until 8PM
  • November 4: Up to 8:00 PM - Election Day registrants may register, obtain and vote an AV Ballot at Clerk's Office
