Community Redevelopment Design Workshop
The City of Monroe is developing a Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan for the 142-acre former Hy Property and is inviting the community to help shape the future of the site.

The plan will explore opportunities to redevelop the property as a walkable community that connects with the surrounding Mason Run and Arbor-Michigan neighborhoods.

Planning concepts will consider a mix of housing options, green spaces, non-motorized trail connections and small-scale neighborhood commercial amenities.

Residents, property owners and other community members are invited to attend this interactive workshop!

• Open and green spaces
• Non-motorized connections
